The following Terms and Conditions apply to the giftvouchers.com "Valentine's Day" promotion
("Promotion") operated by ReD Prepaid Cards Australia Pty Ltd ACN 085 449 529,  
Level 3, 52 Alfred St, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 ("Promoter") from Wednesday, 27^th January, 2010
until Sunday, 14^th February, 2010.

These Terms and Conditions are available from the above address or can be downloaded from the website – www.giftvouchers.com

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is only available to all Australia residents.
• Employees of ReD Prepaid Cards and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Entrants warrant that they are entering this promotion in a wholly
  personal nature and are not entering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a business or enterprise activity they are involved in.

2. DURATION

The Promotion will run from 9.00 AM AEST on Wednesday, 27^th January, 2010
until 5.00 PM AEST Sunday, 14^th February, 2010 ("Promotion Period").

3. METHOD OF ENTRY & SELECTION OF WINNERS

• Entrants will have the opportunity to take part in the promotion through purchasing a gift card, e-voucher or paper voucher on giftvouchers.com during the promotion duration.

• Once a transaction is made on giftvouchers.com, entrants will be asked if they would like to enter the promotion by entering their details including name and email address.

• At 5.00 PM on Sunday, 14^th February, 2010 the draw will close and entrants will no longer be asked to enter the promotion. 

• All entrants will be placed into a barrel. From the barrel the first name out will win the prize. The winner will be drawn at ReD Prepaid Cards Australia, Level 3, 52 Alfred St, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 on Monday, 15^th February, 2010 at 9.00 am

• The prize winner will be notified by email and sent their gift via mail.

The winner releases the Promoter from all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The winner will be responsible for any and all fees, costs or taxes they incur in relation to entry into the Promotion or receipt of their Prize.

SUPERVOUCHERS and gift cards or vouchers issued under this Promotion are subject to terms and conditions which entrants can read at giftvouchers.com.

Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing to provide entrants with Prizes.

The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any Prize is not provided. Provided that State regulations allow it, the Promoter can substitute a different prize in place of any prize referred to above.

In all matters, all decisions of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

Subject to State regulations, the Promoter may terminate this Promotion at any time, at their absolute discretion, without liability to any contestant or other person.
