The following Terms and Conditions apply to the giftvouhcers.com “Win a gift for mum” promotion (“Promotion”) operated by ReD Prepaid Cards Australia Pty Ltd ACN 085 449 529,  Level 1, 2-6 Glenferrie Road, Malvern, Victoria 3144 ("Promoter") from Wednesday 15th April 2009 until Wednesday, 15th July, 2009.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is only available to Victorian and Queensland residents.
• Employees of ReD Prepaid Cards and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Entrants warrant that they are entering this promotion in a wholly personal nature and are not entering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a business or enterprise activity they are involved in.

2. DURATION

The Promotion will run from 9.00am AEST on Wednesday, 15th April, 2009 until 5.00pm AEST Wednesday, 15th July, 2009 ("Promotion Period").

3. METHOD OF ENTRY & SELECTION OF WINNERS

From Wednesday 15th April, 2009, eligible entrants will have the opportunity to take part in the promotion as set out below:

• On the dates listed below, “Street teams” will be at locations around Melbourne and Brisbane handing out up to 30,000 promotional cards, each with a unique number.  The cards will encourage eligible entrants to visit giftvouchers.com to see if they have won a SUPERVOUCHER.

  • Saturday 2-May
  • Sunday 3-May
  • Thursday 7-May
  • Friday 8-May

• On arriving to the giftvouchers.com website, entrants will be asked to enter their post code and their unique number. Entrants with post codes for places that are not in Victoria or Queensland will not be permitted to proceed with their entry.

• Eligible entrants will be shown one of two screens determined by their unique number:

  a.That they have won a giftvouchers.com SUPERVOUCHER
  b.That they have been unsuccessful in their entry

• If the entry is successful, the Winner can exchange (redeem) their SUPERVOUCHER through giftvouchers.com for a gift card or voucher of their choice of suppliers available on the giftvouchers.com website.  Winners must retain their winning promotional card and must immediately, if requested by the Promoter, provide their promotional card as proof if their entitlement to their SUPERVOUCHER.  The Promoter may withhold a Prize until the promotional card is provided.

• The Winner will be responsible for paying for all fees occurred when making the SUPERVOUCHER transaction.

• The SUPERVOUCHER is only redeemable in Australia.

• A Winner can redeem the SUPERVOUCHER for one or more gift cards or vouchers of their choice, depending on the voucher amount won. For example, they can redeem a $100 SUPERVOUCHER for a $30 Dymocks and a $70 Ojay voucher.

• If the total amount of the gift card or voucher chosen is less than the SUPERVOUCHER amount, they can redeem the balance for another retail voucher on a future transaction, provided the transaction is within the Promotion Period.

• All prizes must be claimed by 15 October 2009.  Prizes will not be redrawn or offered to other entrants in any way.

The total combined value of Prizes is $4,000, comprising of 40 x $100.

Each Winner releases the Promoter from all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Each Winner will be responsible for any and all fees, costs or taxes they incur in relation to entry into the Promotion or receipt of their Prize.

SUPERVOUCHERS and gift cards or vouchers issued under this Promotion are subject to terms and conditions which entrants can read at giftvouchers.com and to which entrants must agree when entering their unique number.

Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing to provide entrants with Prizes.

The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any Prize is not provided. Provided that State regulations allow it, the Promoter can substitute a different prize in place of any prize referred to above.

In all matters, all decisions of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

Subject to State regulations, the Promoter may terminate this Promotion at any time, at their absolute discretion, without liability to any contestant or other person.
